The Emmaus Servant Community (Emmaus), recently organised its first ‘Healing of Family Seminar’ (HOF) in Chinese to cater for the Chinese speaking community.
Held at the BSC Parish Hall from 11-13 August, 2017, the seminar attracted about 85 registered participants, with some coming from as far away as Kuala Lumpur and Sibu.
Several participants went away feeling somewhat ‘cleansed’ and ‘breaking free’ from family bondages after the seminar, especially the ‘inner healing’ session. They now understand why it is important to participate in prayers for the healing of their families. They now understand why there is a need to know, and to put their trust, in God.
